It is the policy of Choice Empowers Services LLC to provide supports, conduct business, accept referrals, and engage in employment actions with all persons without regard to race, color, national origin, religious creed, ancestry, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, age or disability.  No person shall be excluded from participation in, or be denied the benefits of, any service; or be subjected to discrimination because of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, age or disability.

Program services shall be made accessible to eligible persons, applicant and staff with disabilities through the most practical and economically feasible methods available. Reasonable accommodations will be made for qualified applicant/staff with a disability that will enable an equal opportunity to participate in the application process and to be considered for a job. These methods include, but are not limited to, the provision of aides and the use of alternative service delivery locations. Structural modifications shall be considered only as a last resort among available methods.
